Andrea Yvette Salmon-Thompson, 57, of Deltona, FL, transitioned from this earthly life suddenly on December 15th, 2022 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Andrea was born September 19th, 1965 in Clarendon, Jamaica to the parents Linford and Vioris Ashley. She was raised as a child in Clarendon, Jamaica and relocated with her family to New York at an early age, and later moved to Florida with her family. She met and married Desmond Thompson in 2015 and celebrated 7 years of matrimony. She attended school and continued her education. Andrea worked as an Environmental Tech with Halifax Hospital until her sudden death. Andrea was a great cook and loved to unite her family with lots of love, laughter, and of course music. She enjoyed house projects and working in her garden. She also loved cooking for her family and friends, BUT you had to stay out of her kitchen. Andrea (Yvette) spoke the truth to everyone she came in contact with, even if she was brutal about it. She still loved you just the same and would do anything for you. Andrea is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, parents, siblings and other family members. To be absent from the world Andrea will forever live on in the hearts and minds of all her family and friends. She will surely be missed.
