Carlos was born May 13, 1965 in New York, N.Y. to the parents Carlos F. Nieves and Elia E. Nieves. 

He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather and friend. He loved spending quality time with his family. One of his hobbies was working with different wood and carving. He will be greatly missed by all he came in contact with. Carlos will forever live on in the hearts of his parents Carlos and Elia Nieves. Children: Liza N. Nieves and Carl D. (Michelle) Nieves. 5 grandchildren;Sisters: Esther Nieves and Rosalinda (Nelson) Rivera and a host of cousins, family and friends.
