Carlos Rios, 71 of Deltona answered the Masters call on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Advent Health Fish Memorial in Orange City, FL. He was born June 3rd, 1951 in New York City, NY to Juan Ramon Rios and Elsie Lopez. Carlos worked as an Air Conditioning Mechanic for over 25 years, as well as a Volunteer Victims Advocate with the Deland Police Department. Carlos loved old westerns and watching baseball games. His favorite team was The Yankees. He was a loyal and faithful member of Puerta Del Cielo of Deltona where he served as an Usher and Chaplain along side his co-laborer in the ministry; his wife LuAnn Rios. Carlos, a man who served many will be sorely missed by all he came in contact with.

Daughter: Nicole Duque and Son-in-law Jose Duque.

2 Granddaughters: Sarai and Karina Duque all of Debary, FL

His mother: Elsie Rivera of Deltona, FL.

2 Sisters: Maria E. Rios Vega ( Victor Vega) and Virginia Alier.

 2 Brothers: Roberto Alier and Jose A. Alier.
