Frances Delora Ewen, 80, of DeLand, Florida transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 11,1942 in Jacksonville, FL to proud parents Raymond Manning and Frances Swope. In 1973 Frances met and married Donald Ewen in Jacksonville and enjoyed 49 years welded bliss. She worked for Southeaster Maritime and Walkenius Wilhemsen for over 35 years. Frances was a beautiful compassionate person. She and her husband Donald welcomed foreign exchange students into their home. She lived music, cooking for the family and she never met a stranger. She and her husband traveled around the country after they retired. She lived her family and enjoyed life.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents and siblings. To be absent from this world. She will forever live on in the hearts of her devoted Husband Donald Ewen Sr. Daughters Marie McCauley, Cheryl Starling, Frances Burkes, Jadon McCayley-Velez and Ramona Bodalski. Son Donald Ewen Jr. 17 Grands and 20 Great Grands. A host of loving family and friends.
