Francis Thomas Gianino, 91 of Deltona transitioned from this life on Sunday March 9th, 2025 at home surrounded by family and friends. He was born July 13th, 1933 to parents Daniel D. Gianino and Grace Oteri in Boston, Massachusetts. He met and married the love of his life Lourdes Bien Aime' on December 9th, 2007 in Randolph, Massachusetts and enjoyed many happy years of marriage until death. Francis was employed as a mechanical engineer for more than 30 years. He served in the Navy from 1953 through 1955 as an Aircraft engine mechanic. A member of the Catholic faith. Francis loved the arts, and painting was his passion. He was the life of the party; spending quality time with his wife Lourdes, family and friends. Francis liked to travel to many exciting places with his wife and loved watching all kinds of sports. Francis had a heart of gold, always helping others. He will be greatly missed by many. He is preceded in death by his parents: Daniel D. Gianino and Grace Oteri as well as his stepdaughter Edwige V. Dodieu. Thomas as he was affectionately called will forever live on in the heart of his loving/devoted wife Lourdes Marie of Deltona. Daughters: Barbara Kraus of San Diego, CA. and Donna (Alex) McKannon of Massachusetts. Sons; Michael (Patricia) Gianino, David Gianino and Jimmy Gianino of New Hampshire. 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Sister: Barbara G. Jordan of Stoneham, MA and brother John (Mary) Gianino of Lowell, Massachusetts.
