Heriberto Rodriguez Jr., lovingly known as "Pipo," 74, of Deltona, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026, at Advent Health Daytona, surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 6, 1951, in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Heriberto Rodriguez Sr. and the late Josefa Lopez. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend who will be remembered for his kindness, gentle spirit, sweet sense of humor, and unwavering  dedication to those he loved. Heriberto worked for over 30 years as a custodian, where he was known for his strong
work ethic and willingness to mentor others. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and took great pride in doing his work with care and integrity. Outside of work, Heriberto enjoyed watching wrestling and spending time working on cars. He had a sharp eye for detail and took pride in making sure everything was done just right. Above all, he treasured every moment spent with his family. Heriberto had a special gift for turning everyday conversations into something memorable. He loved to rhyme in the middle of a sentence, surprising everyone with his playful words and quick wit. His rhyming personality and classic "Daddy's jokes" brought smiles to everyone around him and
will forever be remembered.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Carmen Rodriguez; his children, Nancy, Daisy, and Freddy; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Josie, Ashley, Angelica, Meghan, Chris, and Leila; his great-grandchildren, Aliyah, Marcellus, and Julianna; his sisters, Carmen and Lucy; his brothers, Daniel and Angel; along with many nieces, nephews, cherished friends, and extended family members. Heriberto's love, laughter, and strength will
remain a guiding light for all who knew him.
