James Henry Piegols, 68, of Altamonte Springs, Florida answered The Master's Call on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at His residence. He was born June 22,1955 to Donald and Dorothy Piegols in Midland, MI. He grew up on the farm in Midland,MI where he was involved in 4-H, and a High School Letterman on the Wrestling Team. Jim was Assistant Wrestling Coach at Western Michigan University, where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Teaching. He taught Industrial Arts as a High School teacher for 3 years. Jim worked in Saginaw, MI as a finish carpenter restoring churches.In 1984 he moved to Florida and begin working in a cabinet shop, which he later purchased the shop FL Wood Industries in 2005. Jim was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Midland for many years prior to moving to Florida, even though he did not attend a specific church. Jim remained strong and faithful to his God and tried to live his life according to the word. Jim was a very talented craftsman, who won many awards for his work. He did projects for AdventHealth Hospital system over the last 20 years. He was a kind,loyal and honest person. He loved people and was quick to develop friendships. He had a great sense of humor, always with a story to tell. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives his touched. Jim was preceded in death by his father Donald Piegols and his sister Nancy Piegols. " Gone But Never Forgotten" Jim will forever live on in the hearts of his mother: Dorothy Piegols; Midland,MI Sister: Laura(Jerry) Ferrell; Deltona, FL. His brothers: John (Linda) Piegols; Sparta, MI and Joe Piegols; Greenville, WI. His nieces: Katrina (Matthew) Church and Morgan (Austin) Downing. Nephews: Jacob Piegols, Josh Piegols, Hunter Piegols and Logan Piegols. A host of other family members and many Friends.
