Ms. Linda Ruth Hooten, 62 years old was a resident of Daytona Beach, Florida. Where she resided her entire life. Linda was a Community and Family Advocate, always giving back in any way that she can, whether it was through her cooking or just lending an ear or hand in a time of need. "Nikki" was/is a beautiful soul and she loved music and going to church. She loved her family and friends dearly. She can never be replaced, and she will truly be missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Annie Hooten and her Brother Sherlock Holmes (AKA) Edgar Jerome Griffin.

She leaves to cherish her memory her one and only son, McAuthur Eugene Flournoy Jr., her brother Erskin Hooten; sisters: Sandra Pinckney, Carolyn Maddox, Brenda Hooten, and Hattie Mitchell.

A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives, friends, and her church family.
