Jaufees Peoples Jr., the son of Jaufees Peoples Sr. and Aretha Dykes, passed away peacefully at Sarasota Memorial Hospital on November 2, 2023, at the age of 67. He was surrounded by his loving family. Jaufees was born on November 7, 1955, and was a beloved father, brother, uncle, friend, and Pastor. Jaufees Peoples Jr. had a jovial spirit and a brilliant wit that brought joy to those around him. He had a passion for people and ministry, and no one was a stranger to him. Jaufees Peoples Jr. is survived by: Children LaTonya Williams (Daughter), Edletha "Lisa" McClendon (Daughter) Geraldine Amanda Peoples (Daughter), Jaufees Peoples III (Son) Jason Antonio Peoples/Tori Peoples (Son), Steven King/Jamie King (Son), Mary Johnson (Favorite Auntie) Genevieve Santiago (Bonus daughter), Michelle Perez Veguilla (Bonus daughter), lose Torres (Bonus Son) Brothers & Sisters Willie Jackson (Brother), Margaret Cobb (deceased), Mary Frances Miles (deceased), Robert Jackson (Brother), Woodrow Jackson (deceased) Leroy Jackson (Brother), Mary Goss (deceased), Shirley Washington (Sister), Angie Graham (Sister), Annette Waldon (Sister) / Eddie Waldon Pairlee Andrews (Sister) / W. Paul Gillins, JLee Bartley (Sister) Bonus Brothers & Sisters Arthur Godfrey /Leither, Avis Fields /Harold Fields, Ronald Ivey, Jewel Perry (deceased), Larry Ivey / Johnnie Ivey, Carline Sharp, Hattie Brady, Kenny Ivey (deceased), Terry Ivey (deceased) And a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
