Phillip Otero 42, of Deltona, Florida transitioned into eternal rest on Friday, February 21, 2025 at Advent Health Daytona in Daytona Beach, Florida. He was born January 2, 1983 to Felipe Otero and Madelyn Cancel in  Cleveland. He worked in maintenance at the YMCA for 5 years. Philip enjoyed his video games, poems, martial art's and self defense class. He was a man of God. Philip was a giver anytime to anyone in need. He was loved by all.  

Phillip will forever live on in the hearts of his daughter Kimberly Otero. Parents Madelyn Cancel of Deltona, FL and Felipe Otero. Granddaughter Yomari Reyes. Sister Racquel and Jessica Otero, Kiara and Jeannitza Navarro. Brother Luis Otero.
